J Call Design is a New England planning and design company located in southern Maine just 3 miles west of the Downtown Windham on Route 35. We have been designing New England style homes over 45 years. Please take the time look through our site.

We have a large selection of stock house plans on this website, most of which can be modified to suit your particular needs or wants. Our design services are very competitively priced, and we strive to complete all of our projects in as timely a manner as our schedule allows.

We also have plenty of garage plans, from simple free-standing 2 car garages, to garage additions with storage, rec rooms, or in-law apartments above. We also have quite a few larger "Car Guy" garages" most with room for car lift needed.

If the Car Guy garage isn't enough room, we will be adding Barn Style Garages this year.  

Please feel free to contact us anytime during our office hours, or send us an email.  We are usually available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 4:30.
