First Floor Living Home Plans

The plans in this book are as the name implies, they are plans with the master suite on the first floor.   These plans are great for seniors or for couples with older kids.   At J Call Design we feel the architectural style and room arrangements in these first floor living homes will work well for today’s living.   All of our first floor living home designs can be easily modified.   We also offer planning and design services for custom first floor living home plans as well.
